Shipping
All delivery and return costs will depend on the size of the order and the destination. When you complete your order with us you will be provided with a cost which is specific to your delivery.

Normal delivery time, if nothing else is specified, is 1-3 business days within Sweden. Orders to Europe take 3-7 working days, and to the rest of the world 3-7 working days. You will be provided with a tracking number for your order once the order is shipped.
Returns and exchanges
Movesgood items can be returned within 30 days of receiving it, assuming they are in their original condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered. Any original packaging, including tags or boxes the item came with must be included. Underwear and bedding packaging must be unbroken to be accepted for return. Failure to comply with this policy will mean any returns are only accepted at our discretion.
Should you wish to make a return, you will need your return order number which you can find by logging in to your Movesgood account. If you have not already created an account, you can do so now via our website.
Once you have your return order number, please go to our returns site, https://movesgood.returnscenter.com/ , enter the number and the email used for your order with Movesgood. The full order will appear, from which you can then select the item(s) you wish to return and reason(s) for return. A list of available carriers for your return will also be provided for your selection. Once we have received and approved your return, we will make payment to you in the value of the returned product. You will receive an email notification when the return is completed. It can take 5-15 days from receiving the return to completing the refund. Any return costs are paid for by the customer. In Sweden there is a prepaid return label with the order you can use. In all other countries the customer have to arrange with return label with preferred logistic partner.
It can take up to 30 days from receiving your return to completing the refund, but we work to process most refunds in 5-15 days. If you feel that you have waited longer than that, please get in touch with our customer care team on info@movesgood.com and we will look into it for you.

In rest of the world the customer can turn to preferred delivery partner and the cost of the return is paid by the customer
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges for our online shop, however, returns are valid within 30 days of receiving the order and you can always put in a new order for the item you are after instead.
Unfortunately, once the order has been processed you cannot cancel the order. You will need to wait to receive the goods to return them for a refund.
We work hard to ensure that orders are delivered as expected and that items are new and without defect. If you feel that something is wrong, please get in touch with us directly on info@movesgood.com and we will investigate the issue in full.
Material & Care
Choosing materials and fibres that have a minimal impact on the environment is the foundation of everything that we do at Movesgood. Bamboo and linen-based fabrics are the most environmentally friendly and make up the core of all of our garments.We have also committed to not use cotton or any synthetic fibres in any of our garments. Read more about our fabrics here. We also focus our innovation on using and finding the most responsible technologies available for our production processes.
All our finished products are transported, from our factories to our central warehouse in Sweden, primarily by boat and train. This is a conscious decision to try and minimise our environmental footprint and to look after our planet while still being able to deliver our finished products quickly. When we send out our products to you, we use DHL and FedEx.
We have carefully selected our partner factories based in China and Turkey to ensure we only use environmentally friendly materials and practices and importantly, that the factories follow our strict standards and ensure fair working conditions for the employees. We regularly visit our factories to keep our good relationship with them.

You will find our pop-up stores in different, exciting locations around the globe, often in central areas of bigger cities and airports, where we can reach as many people as possible with our message of sustainable, slow fashion. Get in touch with us on info@movesgood.com and we will let you know where your nearest store is.
Movesgood currently accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express as well as location-specific payment options including Klarna in Sweden and Mobile Pay in Denmark. Your available payment options will be made clear during the checkout process. We work to ensure a fast and secure payment service using encrypted connections to protect customer information.
You should follow the Care & Wash guidance for the specific items you own. Most of our garments can be washed in a washing machine and we generally recommend using a short wool programme and never more than 30 degrees. We recommend that you use an environmentally friendly detergent and, if possible, try to not wash the clothes too often for the sake of both the clothes and the environment.
There are so many options! If your clothes are in good condition they can be donated and sold for re-use. Even items that aren't suitable to be passed onto someone else can be recycled and made into new items. We use fabrics and fibres which are well adapted to the recycling process. You can also consider selling your clothes second-hand. We moderate our own Facebook group – The Good Marketplace – where we offer our customers the ability to sell their clothes second-hand.
